If your location is not serviceable by our courier partners, you will be notified during checkout. We apologize for any inconvenience.

2.2 Express Shipping

Not currently available. All orders are shipped via standard shipping.

Orders are typically processed within:

  • Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed on weekends/holidays are processed on the next business day

  • Courier will attempt delivery 2-3 times
  • You will be contacted via phone for delivery
  • If delivery fails, package returns to nearest hub
  • You can arrange pickup from hub or request re-delivery

6.2 Accepting Delivery

At the time of delivery:

  1. Check the package for any visible damage
  2. Verify your order details
  3. Sign the delivery receipt
  4. Report any damage immediately to courier and us

6.3 Unattended Delivery

We do not offer unattended delivery. Someone must be present to receive the package.
